Should I purchase a consultation package or mock intereview package?
Clients who seek to simulate actual interview conditions should purchase a mock interview package. For those seeking to practice delivery on certain questions or brush up on technical topics etc, we suggest purchasing a consultation package.
Can I use my mock interview and/or career consultation hours interchangeably?
Yes. Clients can designate hours purchased for multi-hour packages for either service (mock interview or career consultation) regardless of which package they initially purchase. No partial hours (i.e. less than 60 minutes) can be interchanged between the two types of services.
How soon will I be contacted once I purchase a package?
Spruce Street Partners will contact you within 48 hours of purchase and send you an easy to fill out questionnaire which will allow us to match you with a professional. Clients who purchase expedited packages will be contacted within 12 hours of purchase.
Can I view profiles of mentors and mock interviewers?
We do not include the profiles of the mentors and mock interviewers on our website to respect their privacy. When clients are matched with a professional, a full background will be provided to the client ahead of the first session.
Does Spruce Street Partners provide job leads or recruiting services?
No. Mentors or mock interviewers will not serve as references, provide job referrals or give access to their professional contacts. Our professionals will not accept LinkedIn or Facebook invitations.

Any package purchased by the cilent where the session needs to be completed within 24 hours of purchase.
What is your refund policy?
We will provide a full refund to individuals within 48 hours of initial purchase provided no services have been rendered. We need to enforce this 48 hour rule because extending the time limit any further would impact our ability to assign mentors and mock interviewers to other clients. After services are rendered, we will not provide refunds - no exceptions.
